The League’s prominent artist-instructors provide a hands-on education accessible to anyone who truly aspires to develop as an artist — whether you are seeking to pursue a profession in the fine arts or are just beginning your artistic journey. Founded by artists and supporting artists since 1875, the League has been a home to many great artists and welcomes those who aspire to be great.

Our studio classes are uniquely designed for a practicing, working artist and include:

♦ Flexible Schedules: Days, evenings, weekends; One to five classes per week
♦ Affordable Tuition: Pay by the month. Tuition as low as $3.40 an hour
♦ Outstanding teaching: Professional artist-instructors help take your work to new levels
♦ Special 12-week sequential classes: In these new classes, instructors map out specific goals and objectives for their students to achieve.
♦ Fine Art Certificate Programs: Two- and four-year programs are designed to cultivate growth of the individual’s talent within the League’s renowned atelier system
