Open Positions

  • Maintenance Assistant

    The Art Students League of New York has an opening in its building maintenance department for a Full-Time Maintenance Assistant.

    To be considered for this position you should have a willingness to learn and handle all levels of sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning bathrooms, collecting and taking out the garbage, cleaning sinks, general painting, cleaning surfaces as needed, and other tasks throughout the building as needed, You should be capable of lifting as much as 50 pounds if required. This is a full-time position (Sunday–Thursday, 8 am–4 pm). The position also requires availability to work flexible shifts and/or flexible hours if needed.
