Alison Causer

Alison Causer is a New York City-based artist. She received her MFA from The New York Studio School in 2021 and her BFA in 2005 from Columbus College of Art and Design. Her work has been exhibited at PAC Marseille in Marseille, France, Mark Borghi Gallery in Sag Harbor, and The Painting Center in New York City. Causer has lectured and led workshops for The Art Students League, SUNY at New Paltz, and continues to teach privately. She has attended residencies at Salem Art Works, The League Residency At Vyt, and is currently an Artist-in-Residency at the New York Studio School Dumbo Studio program. In 2018 she collaborated with Du Good Press on an open edition poster series titled Du-Good In Unity, creating a poster for the Women’s March and an ongoing mutual aid initiative.
